Good governance is one of the key elements of sustainable development in Kenya.

 Its realization calls for a deliberate collaboration of the national and county government, NGOs and the civil society. Action on SDGs Kenya Coalition, therefore, will pursue a genuine devolution agenda for SDGs. A number of SDGs targets can only be realized with the full involvement of the people in decision making and implementation. Counties must therefore be empowered to participate in SDGs implementation and oversight.
