Monitoring and reporting mechanisms that have been put in place for tracking progress

toward the SDGs provide an enormous opportunity for learning and building on existing efforts. County Governments need sufficient information to meet their own goals given that achieving SDGs is not an exclusive task of the National Government. Additionally, financial resources are needed to put such information platforms in place, but it is often difficult to make the case for supporting them.

Monitoring Indicators/ Outcomes:

i.          Sound Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) mechanism.

ii.        SDGs reporting template (SDGs- RT).

iii.      SDG Indicators Measurement Framework (IMFs)
